摘　　要：民办高校核心竞争力是在长期或短期内对其发展起重要作用,能够长期保持竞争优势的一种竞争力。民办高校应引入企业管理的核心竞争力理论,从教师科研能力发展的角度出发,系统地阐述民办高校核心竞争力问题,探求其如何识别自身科研竞争优势,培养和提升教师科研能力来促进学校的可持续发展,并在此基础上培育核心竞争力。The core competence of private colleges plays an important role to its development in long-term or short-term,and it is a competition to maintain advantage of competitive in long-term.Private colleges should introduce the theory of core competence on management of business,from the perspective of the development of teachers＇ scientific research ability,elaborate the problem of the core competence of private colleges,explore how to identify their own advantage of competitive of scientific research,cultivate and enhance the teachers＇ scientific research ability,promote the sustainable development of private colleges,and cultivate the core competence of private colleges.
