Relationship between psychological stressor and subjective well-being of middle school students

摘  要:采用生活满意度量表、积极情感、消极情感量表和中学生心理应激源对621名中学生进行施测,以探讨心理应激源与主观幸福感的关系。结果表明:⑴民族、城乡、年级上初中生心理应激源存在显著差异;城乡、留守和非留守学生主观幸福感存在显著性差异;⑵心理应激源与主观幸福感密切相关,且同学朋友压力因子对初中生主观幸福感的有显著的负向预测作用;⑶广西民族地区初中生心理应激源在城乡和年级上主效应均显著,主观幸福感在民族上主效应显著。为民族地区初中生幸福教育提供实证参考。Teenagers Life Satisfaction Scale, Positive Emotion, Negative Emotion Scale and Stressors Scale for 62l middle school students were used to analyze the relationship between psychological stressor and subjective well-being of middle school students. The results show that: ( 1 ) on psychological stress source, national, urban and rural, and grade, significant difference middle exists among school students; on subjective well-being, significant difference exists among left-behind children and unlefl-be- hind children. ( 2 ) Psychological stressor is closely related to the subjective well-being, to middle school students, and friends pres- sure factor is a significant negative predicator of subjective well-being. ( 3 ) The main effect of Guangxi minorities region middle school students' psychological stressor is significantly in urban and rural areas, grade, and the main effect of subjective well-being is significantly on nations. A reference is provided for the happiness education to middle school students in national regions.
