论独立学院学生党员党性教育的困境及其出路

摘　　要：与普通公办高校一样,独立学院也是党对学生党员进行党性教育的重要基地,但当前独立学院或多或少地存在学生党员党性教育的困境,影响了学党性教育的实效性和感召力,因此独立学院党政领导需把建立健全学院党建工作机制、改善党性课授课方式方法、确保师资及其经费、创新党性课教育内容及其载体为突破口,进行全面探索和创新,建立一整套富有独立学院特色的学生党员党性教育长效机制,切实提高独立学院党性课教学质量和学生党员的党性修养。Like the public university, independent university is a main base where the Party conduct Party spirit education, but the difficulties in education affect the effectiveness and emotional appeal of Party spirit education, so independent university should perfect the working mechanism of Party construction, improve teaching mode of Party spirit class, ensure sufficient teachers, funds and innovative teaching content, build up a long-term Party spirit education meehanism which have independent university features, in order to improve teaching quality and students Party members＇ Party spirit.
