摘 要:为探究混合菌种最佳发酵工艺,以制备优良动物饲料。试验选取纤维素酶产生菌——地衣芽孢杆菌D50对槐树叶中纤维素进行降解,再添加乳酸菌进行二次发酵。通过单因素试验确定混合菌种发酵工艺和发酵培养基以及最优发酵方式。结果表明:乳酸菌可利用一次发酵后的剩余营养物质进行二次发酵,最佳发酵方式是灭菌后接种乳酸菌以棉塞封口,三角瓶在培养箱静置培养,乳酸菌二次发酵最佳接种量为10%,乳酸菌二次发酵时间为24 h,发酵后pH为5.65,乳酸含量最大为2.93%,两次发酵总时间72 h。In order to prepare leaf fodder, the fermentation condition of mixed strains was optimized in the current investigation. Bacillus licheniformis D50, which may produce cellulase to degrade cellulose of locust trees leaf, was employed, followed by the addition of lactobacillus bacteria so as to induce secondary fermen- tation. The best fermentation condition, fermentation medium and the fermentation style were obtained by sin- gle factor experiments. The lactobacillus bacteria could induce secondary fermentation of the residue material after the first fermentation by D50. The best second fermentation process was as following: sterilizing the resi- due material of the first fermentation, then inoculating 10% lactobacillus bacteria, and using conical flask with the seal of tampon for 24 h static culture. The total time of double bacteria fermentation was 72 h. After two cycles of fermentation, the pH was 5.65 and the maximal proportion of lactic acid content might reach to 2.93%.
