摘　　要：理工科学院文学类社团作为传承和创新高校文化,提升学生综合素质的一支重要力量。面对社会多元化和市场经济冲击,理工科学院文学类社团的可持续发展作为一项课题,有着重要研究意义。因此,理工科学院文学类社团应从转变发展思路,加强社团内部组织建设与管理,注重社团活动的创新,增加社团活力等方面努力,实现社团可持续发展。Literature clubs in science and engineering colleges is an important force to inherit and innovate college culture, and to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality. In the face of social diversity and the impact of market econ- omy, as a subject, the sustainable development of literature clubs in science and engineering colleges has important re- search significance. Therefore, literature clubs in science and engineering colleges should change developing train of thought, strengthen its internal organization construction and management, pay attention to the innovation of the activities, and increase community vitality, so as to realize the sustainable development of literature dubs.
