摘　　要："生物-心理-社会医学模式"提出至今已30余年,但其在医学教育模式中的实践始终滞后于传统的"生物-医学模式"。本文对社会规范影响医学教育模式转变在实践中滞后的成因进行了分析,并提出医学教育模式转变需要完善现代医学教育模式的理论基础,摆脱"知识中心与能力中心主义"的羁绊,化解其隐含的社会规范的责任基础,重塑"知识、素质与能力三位一体的全人教育"社会规范,以期引起医学教育改革参与者们的相当关注,推进医学教育模式变革问题的切实解决。＂Biology-psychology-society medicine pattern＂ has been put forward for more than 30 years, while its practice in the medical education mode has always lagged behind the traditional ＂biology-medicine mode＂. In this paper, the author analyzes the lag reason of social regulations＂ influence on the transformation of medical education mode in the practice, and points out that the transformation of medical education mode needs the perfecting of the theoretical basis for modern medical education mode, setting free from the ＂Knowledge centralism and ability centralism＂, resolving the underlying responsibility foundation of social regulations, remodeling the social regulation of ＂whole-person trinity education of knowledge, quality, and capacity＂. In this way, the author tends to arouse the participants＂ proper attention to medical education reform, and promote the earnest solution to the problem of medical education mode innovation.
