摘　　要：常州经济发展方式转变和产业转型升级呼唤常州高职教育园区专业"群"式发展。园区专业结构与区域产业结构整体适应,但也存在专业设置和调整缺乏科学论证,专业方向偏多甚至有些混乱,专业布局与地方产业布局匹配度不够,专业发展不平衡,专业群建设管理协调机制不畅等问题。建立政府宏观层面、园区中观层面和院校微观层面的"三级"专业群与产业群"双向协调机制"是保障产业结构调整与专业群结构优化同步的可靠路径。The transformation of economic development mode and the industrial transformation and upgrading of Changzhou requires the specialties of Changzhou higher vocational education park to be constructed in groups.The specialty structure ties in with the regional industry structure on the whole,but some problems exist,such as the lack of scientific proof for the specialty setting and adjustment,too many specialty orientations,the insufficient matching degree of the distribution of specialties and industry,the imbalanced relationships between the specialties and the unsound construction,management and coordination mechanism for specialty group,etc.The establishment of three levels of two-way coordination mechanism between specialty group and industrial group including the government＇s macro level,the park＇s meso level and the colleges＇ micro level is the reliable path to synchronize the transformation of industrial structure and the optimization of specialty group.
