湖南省高职院校对接轨道交通装备制造产业发展的思考

摘　　要："十二五"期间,湖南省轨道交通装备制造产业发展势头强劲,培养适应轨道交通装备制造产业发展需要的高技能人才迫在眉睫。面对新形势,建议湖南省实施轨道交通装备制造业高水平技能型人才保障工程,其具体措施是:行业引领,建立适应产业对接的新机制;政府统筹,形成服务产业的创新体制;校企合作,共育高水平技能型人才。During the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period,the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry of Hu＇nan province is growing dramatically,and cultivating high-skilled talents adapting to the demand of its development is extremely urgent.Confronting with the new situation,Hu＇nan province needs to implement the high-skilled talents security project for the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry.Its specific measures include： take the industries as the leading to establish the new mechanism suitable for industry tie-in;governments plan as a whole to form the innovative system serving industries;schools and enterprises cooperate and jointly cultivate high-skilled talents.
