高职院校学生顶岗实习质量监控体系探究

摘　　要：针对高职院校学生顶岗实习质量监控体系中存在监控力度不足、质量评价不完善、监控范围狭窄、反馈问题落实难等问题,高职院校应坚持目标性、系统性、规范性、可操作性等原则,实施顶岗实习基地多元化、管理队伍多层化、教育管理全程化、考核评价多角度等策略,健全顶岗实习质量监控体系的保障组织、信息反馈系统和检查评估体系。Some problems exist in the quality monitoring system for post practical training in higher vocational colleges,like insufficient supervision,imperfect quality evaluation,narrow monitoring scope,the difficulty in implementing feedback,etc.Aiming at these problems,higher vocational colleges should adhere to targeted,systematization,standardization and operability principles,launch some measures like diversifying post practical training bases,making management team to be multiple stratification,guaranteeing the whole procedure of educational management,assessing and evaluating from multiple perspectives,optimize the security organization,the information feedback system and the inspection and evaluation system for the quality monitoring system for post practical training.
