摘　　要：职教师资培养关系到职业教育的人才培养质量和职业教育未来的发展。以行业标准为基础,建立"教师+技师"职教师资人才培养体系,其基本框架包括以"学校+企业"模式为核心的教学管理体系,以"标准+任务"模式为核心的课程体系,以"项目+任务"模式为核心的实践教学体系,以"产学研"模式为核心的科研体系,强调师能与技能培养并重,注重过程与方法的训练。The cultivation of vocational education teachers concerns the quality of talents cultivation and the future development of vocational education.The basic framework of establishing the talents cultivation system for ＂teacher ＋ technician＂ for vocational education teachers based on industrial standard contains the teaching management system with the core of ＂school ＋ enterprise＂ mode,the curriculum system with the core of ＂standard ＋ tasks＂ mode,the practical teaching system with the core of ＂project ＋ tasks＂ mode and the scientific research system with the core of ＂production-teaching-research＂ mode,highlights the equal cultivation of teaching abilities and skills as well as focus on the training of process and methods.
