摘　　要：本文主张突破传统的计算机辅助语言学习模式,重新审视信息技术与外语学习之间的关系,通过有机整合信息技术和外语教学培养具有电子语言素养的新型高等教育人才,以满足全球化、信息化社会对人才综合素质的要求。论述了电子语言素养的内涵和重要性,并结合中外教学案例探讨了培养电子语言素养的教学策略和方法。This paper proposes to transcend the traditional computer assisted language learning（CALL） mode and reconceptualize the relationship between information technology and language learning.It argues for the integration of information technology and foreign language teaching to develop students＇ electronic literacy in order to meet the demand of globalized information society.The paper examines the concept and significance of electronic literacy and explores the strategies for developing students＇ electronic literacy by analyzing some Chinese and international cases.
