摘 要:采用平板划线分离法从污水中分离、纯化得到1株新型高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌N-7。从形态和生理生化特征来看,N-7菌可能是一种新型菌,属于氨醇杆菌属(Sphingobacterium),暂命名为Sphingobacterium sp.N-7。将N-7菌株与浓度为0.1 mol/L的CaCl2溶液按一定比例投入到7种污水中,对4种污水有明显的絮凝效果。实验结果表明,此菌对煤矿污水的作用效果尤为明显。A new kind of highly efficient microorganism flocculants-producing bacteria N-7 has been isolated and purified from wastewater by plate streak method. N-7 is preliminary identified as a new kind of bacteria based on its morphological and physiological characteristics, belonging to Sphirtgobacterium, tentatively named Sphingobacterium sp. N-7. When N-7 bacteria is put in 7 kinds of wastewater with CaCl2 whose concentration was 0.1 mol/L by differ- ent proportions, the flocculation effect is obvious in four kinds of wastewater. The experimental results show that the effect is especially obvious on wastewater from coal mines.
