摘  要:基于第一气泡法衍生的镁熔液测氢仪精度强烈依赖于镁熔液表面析出的第一气泡来精确判别。从图像处理技术角度,提出了一种新的波动背景下第一气泡图像实时检测方法。采用小波变换进行背景抑制,利用改进的间隔差分去除不变的背景,并运用分组的自适应阈值和形态学开运算进行候选目标的分割,最后利用逻辑与运算确定真实的目标。实验结果表明:该算法能够有效克服强噪声和波动背景的干扰,目标检测概率为100%,为基于图像的镁熔液含氢量实时检测提供了一种新思路。The precision of hydrogen measuring instrument in magnesium melt based on the first bubble method intensively relies on precise discrimination of the first bubble precipitated on the surface in magnesium melt. This paper has proposed a new method of the real-time detection under fluctuant background. At first, the wavelet transforms were adopted to suppress background, and the invariable background was eliminated by improved interval difference. Then adaptive thresholds and morphological opening operation were used to get candidate targets. At last, the real target could be obtained by using logical and operation. The experimental results indicate that the algorithm can effectively overcome the interferences of strong noise and fluctuant background, and the detection probability of the target is 100%, which provides a new way for the real-time detection of hydrogen content in magnesium melt based on the images.
