摘 要:食品安全是各国共同关注的重要公共政策问题。本文从发达国家和发展中国家不同发展阶段的重大食品安全事件入手,以历史的、国际的视野总结食品安全发展的阶段性特征和内在规律。通过分析发达国家不同阶段采取的食品安全治理策略,文章提出了适应我国现阶段食品安全和经济社会发展水平的政府管理构想。Food security is one of the important problems in public policy which has ignited the worldwide attention from all over the world. Our thesis is to explore severe events of food security problems happened in developed and developing countries at different times from the view of history and internationality, concluding the periodical characteristics and inner nature of food security. After analyses food security policy of governance in developed countries at different times, the paper makes some suggestions adapted to china's food safety and economic--society level.
