摘  要:对某商用车驾驶室地毯和上、下卧铺3个主要内饰件进行轻量化设计:在不改变装饰性和不增加车内噪声的情况下,地毯减重3.42 kg;对卧铺骨架进行尺寸优化和拓扑优化,对卧铺铺板进行减重设计,在满足上、下卧铺设计要求和使用性能的条件下,共减重12.92 kg。通过实车试验证实了上述轻量化设计方案的可行性,同时车内噪声略有改善。Lightweight design was made to commercial truck cab trim components,including carpet and up and down sleeper.Carpet weight was reduced by 3.42 kg under the condition of keeping decoration function and vehicle interior noise unchanged.Size and topological optimization design of the sleeper framework and lightweight design of up-and-down sleeper plates indicated that up-and-down sleeper assemblies were reduced by 12.92 kg in total under the condition of meeting design requirement and functional performance.Finally,feasibility of lightweight design plan was validated by road test,meanwhile interior noise is reduced.
