Index Calculation of Harmonious Labor Relations of Chinese Enterprises and Its Application

摘  要:根据273家企业调查数据,构建由5个一级指标25个二级指标组成的企业和谐劳动关系评价指标体系,确定企业劳动关系和谐程度的判断标准,最后以9家全国模范劳动关系和谐企业为样本进行应用研究。结果表明:企业在社会保障方面和谐程度最高,在工资报酬分配方面和谐程度最低,在培训教育与工作环境、劳动合同评价、工会建设与劳动争议处理等方面和谐程度一般,因此,中国企业劳动关系仍需进一步调整和改善。Based on data of 273 Chinese enterprises, this study conducted an evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators, and set criteria in identifying levels of enterprise harmonious labor relations. The evaluation index system was applied in nine enterprises labeled as national model of labor relations. Results showed that labor relations were most harmonious in social security and least harmonious in wage distribution, and were moderate harmonious in training and working environment, evaluation of labor contracts, union construction and labor dispute resolution. Therefore labor relations of Chinese enterprises were still in need of further adjustment and improvement.
