校企联动培养高职生基层管理技能的策略研究

摘　　要：通过对企业基层管理人员管理技能的调查分析,发现企业中基层管理者在管理技能方面有所欠缺.采用校企联动方式培养高职生基层管理技能,将有利于校企优势互补,使人才培养更具针对性和适应性;同时,校企联动有利于培养高职教师的专业化和职业化.在此基础上,提出了校企联动培养高职生基层管理技能的策略.Through the diagnosis of the management skills of the field managers in enterprises, it is found that the field managers lack management skills. Adopting the college-enterprise linkage mode to develop vocational students＇ field management skills will be in favor of complementary advantages between colleges and enterprises ; it will also make the human resource development more targeted and adaptability. Meanwhile, the college-enterprise linkage mode will make vocational teachers more specialization and professionalization. On this basis, this article proposes the strategies for developing vocational students＇ field management skills by the college-enterprise link- age.
