国外大学教师资格认证变迁及对我国的启示

摘　　要：大学教师资质对一国高等教育的发展具有重要意义,文章考察了国外大学教师资格认证变迁,包括大学师资认证标准日益提高、改革一证终身制、开设教育教学资格证书项目和研究生助教项目、采用替代证书等变化,提出了建立教师资格认证更新制度、设置相关教育教学课程和助教岗位、教师资格认证中增加教学和实践技能和采用替代证书模式等建议.The university teacher qualification is very important for the development of a country＇ s high level education. This paper studies the development of the university teacher qualification in foreign universities, inclu- ding the rapid evolution of teacher qualification standard, modification of life-long tenure, setting up of the projects of qualification certification and postgraduate assistants, alternative certificate and other new changes. Also, this paper proposes setting up certification renewal system, establishing related instructing programs and assistant positions, inclusion of practical instruction skills in the certification and implementing alternative certificate.
