摘　　要：胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂胰高血糖素样肽-1、Exenatide和Liraglutide是理想的降糖药物。近几年的研究显示,这些药物除降糖作用以外还有心血管保护作用,包括降低血压、改善左心室功能和血管内皮功能、保护缺血损伤的心肌细胞等。现对胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂的心血管作用最新研究进展进行综述。The glucagon-like peptide-1 （ GLP-1 ） receptor agonists exenatide and liraglutide are ideal drugs for treating diabetes melli- tus. However, recent preclinical and clinical trial data suggest additional cardiovascular protective effects related to GLP-1 receptor agonists＇ therapy, including lowering blood pressure, improvements in left ventricular function and vascular endothelium function, protection of ische- mia-injuried cardiac myocytes. Novel preclinical and clinical studies of GLP-1 receptor agonists on cardiovascular effects are outlined in this review.
