分时段预约挂号的流程优化与实践

摘　　要：实行门诊分时段预约挂号[1],病人可根据自己的时间预约就诊的确切时间,届时只要按照约定的时间点提前30分钟到门诊相应的分诊台确认候诊即可;分时段预约挂号就诊流程十分便捷,大大缩短了候诊时间,在一定程度上缓解了"看病难、看病烦"的问题;我院每天门诊量约7千人次,笔者结合医院近年来对专家预约挂号的推广实施情况,认为门诊分时段预约挂号是合理分流门诊病人就诊最有效方法之一;通过不断优化流程和实践,证明分时段预约挂号已逐渐被广大患者所接受。The appointment with doctors for visiting at patient-chosen time is a scheme in which patients make appointments with doctors at the time of their convenience and arrive at nurse station 30 minutes before the appointed time. This method, of simple process, massively shortened waiting time and to some extent amehomted the difficulty and troublesomeness of seeing a doctor. Our hospital, with about 7000 outpatients per day, has implemented this appointment method in expert practices in the last several years. The authors, after analysis of the result of the new method, contend that patient-chosen time appointment is one of the most efficient ways to distribute patients. With ongoing optimization and practices, this method has been accepted by increasingly more patients.
