摘  要:针对串联式制动能量回馈系统,基于轮缸压力实时测量,提出了一种新型自寻优ABS控制策略。该ABS控制策略无需车速估算,仅需实时获取轮缸压力,且可对路面附着状况进行定量估计,算法简单,可在控制器中实时运行。同时,还介绍了一种快速获取ABS控制参数的途径。基于Matlab/Simulink平台,建立了液压调节器、制动器及车辆模型,高、低附着系数路面的仿真结果表明:所设计的新型ABS控制策略能够自动搜寻到最佳滑移率工作点,并保持在此工作点附近工作,从而提高了车辆的制动稳定性能。Specific to series regenerative braking system, self-optimizing ABS control r strategy was proposed based on real-time measurement of wheel cylinder pressure. It doesn't require vehicle speed estimation and only needs real-time measuring results of wheel cylinder pressure and it can be used to estimate the road adhesion condition. This strategy can be real-timely nm in the controller, because of its simpleness. Meanwhile, an approach to quickly getting ABS control parameters was also introduced. Dynamic models of hydraulic regulator, brake and vehicle were built by using Matlab/Simulink software. Simulation results on high and low adhesion roads show that the designed ABS control algorithm can automatically attain the optimal slip-rate working point, with ABS working well near it in addition. As a result, the braking performance of the vehicle is improved.
