鸭血糯黑桑椹抗氧化延缓衰老保健功效研究

摘　　要：以鸭血糯米提取液、黑桑椹水提取液给老龄 BALB/C小鼠灌胃 ,剂量分别为 0 .5,1 .0 ,2 .0 m L.只 -1.d-1,每组 2 0只 .4 5d后测定与抗氧化延缓衰老及美容有关的生化指标 .结果表明 :鸭血糯提取液、黑桑椹提取液都能使超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性显著增强 ( P<0 .0 5或 0 .0 1 ) ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 ( GSH-Px )和过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性显著提高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,心肌脂褐素含量明显减少 ( P<0 .0 5) ,过氧化脂质( LPO)含量明显降低 ;皮肤中羟脯氨酸 ( HYP)的含量提高 ( P<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1 ) .证明鸭血糯提取液、黑桑椹提取液都具有较明显的抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用以及润肤美容的功效 .The BALB/C strain mice of senility were irrigated juice of the black mulberry and the Yaxuenuo from stomach for 45 days. The determination of biochemical targets can be made, concerning anti oxidation, delaying senility and beautifying one′s face etc. Juice of the black mulberry and the Yaxuenuo could significantly increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in liver, brain, and testicle of experimental mouse (P<0.05 or P<0.01); could remarkably increase glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activity and catalase (CAT) activity in mouse blood (P<0.01); and could obviously reduce myocardiac lipofuscin contents (P<0.05) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) contents in liver and testicle of BALB/C mouse (P<0.05). These results suggest that juice of the black mulberry and the Yaxuenuo have a certain function of anti oxidation and delaying senility, and a certain efficacy of moistening skin beautifying one′s face.
