摘　　要：为保证护士尽快适应复杂的职业环境,把握职业方向,提高工作积极性和职业满意度,提出应采取"六步法"来科学制订护理职业生涯规划,包括明确目标、审视自我、确定路线、设计方案、行动计划、评估修正六大步骤,以实现护理职业理想化的目标,推动护理事业的健康、稳定、持续发展。To help nurses to adapt to the complex career environment as soon as possible, to grasp the career direction, to improve work enthusiasm and career satisfaction, the six - step method was proposed for the nurses to make their career plan scientifically. The six - step method included clearing goals, self - in- spection, route determination, plan designing, action plans and evaluation and modification. The aim of the six - step method career planning is to achieve a goal of nursing career idealization and to promote healthy, stable and sustainable development of nursing profession.
