摘　　要：一个班级中 ,学生在思想品德上 ,前、中、后的差别是客观存在的 ,但这种差别不会是一成不变的 ;学生在学业上 ,上、中、下的等级是客观存在的 ,但这种等级也不会是永久固定的。班主任应持这样的观点去培育学生。树立良好的班风是努力的目标 ;开展评比竞赛是推进各项工作的保证。班主任与任课教师。In the same class .The students differ in their ideology and morality,which is an objective,but not an immutable reality.The same is true of their studies.This is the viewpoint that a class advisor should hold in the management of his students.To set a good style of class is the objective to reach.To make public appraisals or hold competitions is the guarantee of the advancement of all the work.A class advisor's cooperation with teachers teaching the class and the students' parents is the highly effective method to educate his students.
