重建高校校园德治秩序之我见

摘　　要：高校学生管理并不是仅仅依靠制度的完善就能解决一切问题。本文通过对目前高校学生道德现状的分析 ,指出要使现代的高校学生管理行之有效 ,在法治—制度管理不断完善的同时 ,应该加强德治—人格管理 ,提出重建校园德治秩序。在对中国传统文化中的法治与德治进行了具体分析后 ,作者指出可以对传统文化进行借鉴 ,汲取其中的精华 ,与共产主义道德教育。We cannot only depend on the rules and regulations in the management of university students.Considering the present level of students' morality,the author makes a helpful suggestion on how to manage the modern university students.He advises us to carry on which our traditional Chinese culture,absorb its quintessence and integrate the communist moral education with reconstruction of the cultural surroundings on campus. That's a good method of rebuilding the order of morality.
