摘 要:测定了含笑属中平伐含笑、球花含笑和乐昌含笑3种植物种子的含油量,并用气相色谱对其油脂进行了脂肪酸组成和相对含量分析。结果表明:3种含笑属植物种子的含油量介于39%~44%之间,乐昌含笑的含油量最高,为44%;3种含笑属植物种子油的主要成分为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸,油酸和亚油酸的含量相对较高,油酸相对含量介于22.05%~33.73%之间,亚油酸相对含量介于36.18%~50.43%之间,总不饱和脂肪酸相对含量介于70.74%~74.20%之间。通过综合分析,该属的这3种植物都可以作为新的油料植物资源。The oil contents of three species of Michelia plants seeds ( Michelia cavaleriei, Michelia sphaer- antha, Michel& chapensis) were determined, and their fatty acids compositions were analyzed by GC. The results indicated that the oil contents of three species of Michelia plants seeds were ranging from 39% to 44%, and Michelia chapensis had the highest oil content, reaching 44%. The major fatty acids of the seed oils from three species of Michelia plants were palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid, and the contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid were relatively higher with oleic acid contents 22. 05% -33.73% , linoleic acid contents 36.18% -50.43%. The total unsaturated fatty acids contents were in the range of 70.74% - 74.20%. Through comprehensive analysis, the three Michelia species plants could be noval oil plants resource.
