摘 要:摩托车点火系统产生的电磁干扰是导致摩托车电磁兼容(Electromagnetic Compatibility,EMC)测试不合格的主要原因之一。为了研究摩托车点火系统产生的传导电磁干扰,在建立点火系统各部件的高频等效电路模型基础上组建了系统的仿真计算模型;将计算结果与试验测试数据进行对比,验证了所建模型的有效性。分析共模干扰信号在系统中的耦合机理,提出了在点火线圈中设置金属屏蔽层的抑制措施。仿真结果表明,这种方法能在不影响系统正常工作情况下对系统中传导骚扰取得较好的抑制效果。Electromagnetic interference generated by the ignition system is one of the main reasons for the failure of the motorcycle electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test. In order to discuss the conductive electromagnetic interference generated by motorcycle ignition system, high-frequency equivalent circuits for each component of the ignition system were set up. And a system simulation model was assembled. Comparing the simulation with the measurement results, the simulation model was verified. With analysing the coupling mechanism of common mode interference in the system, a suppression method that setting metal shielding layer to the ignition coil was proposed. The results show that this method can achieve a good suppression effect of conductive interference without affecting the system's working condition.
