摘 要:针对某款1.5L可变进气凸轮正时(Variable Cam Timing,VCT)甲醇灵活燃料发动机的前期开发过程进行了仿真计算。首先进行了原汽油机的模型标定,并考虑到了火焰传播速度,在不改变原机结构的情况下对灵活燃料发动机的性能进行了预测。结果表明,随着甲醇比例的增大,发动机的动力性逐步提高,比油耗(Brake Specific Fuel Consumption,BSFC)也相应提高,但是热效率增大。最后,建立了发动机动力性和经济性的综合评价体系,对M100燃料的节气门全开(WOT)工况进行了基于模型的标定优化。结果表明,耗油率有显著下降,热效率显著提高,优化效果明显。The simulations for a 1.5 L variable cam timing (VCT) methanol flexible fuel engine were carried out during its pre-development process. Firstly, in consideration of the laminar flame speed and turbulent flame speed, the engine model was calibrated, and engine performance was predicted by a new engine model whose fuel was replaced by the methanol flexible fuel. The results show that, with the increasing proportion of methanol, the engine torque would be increased, as well as the brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC), however, the thermal efficiency was also raised. Finally, in consideration of the engine dynamic and economic performance, a comprehensive evaluation system was established, and the model based calibration of M100 wide open throttle (WOT) driving cycle was carried out. As a consequence, the BSFC was decreased obviously and the thermal efficiency was increased considerably.
