美国中等职业技术教育教师专业发展的新规范与新举措

摘　　要：面对新经济的挑战,美国中等职业技术教育改革提出增强学术性的目标,要求中职教师将读写、数学、科学等学术内容融合到职业技术教育课程中去,以提高职教学生的适应能力、终身学习能力和创新能力。为此,美国国会颁布的一系列教改法令对中职教师专业发展的方向和内容提出了相应的规范和要求。在联邦资金和项目的支持下,各州也整合多方资源推进中职教师的专业成长,保障职教改革的顺利实施。Facing the challenges of the New Economy, the American secondary CTE reform raises a target of enhancing academies in CTE so as to cultivate students＇ adaptability, life-long learning and innovation. As a re-sult, the US Congress has issued a series of education reform acts to align and influence the direction and contents of the CTE teachers＇ professional development. Supported by the federal funds and projects, each state integrates and streamlines resources to promote the CTE teachers＇ professional development, which has ensured the smooth implementation of the CTE reform.
