摘 要:课堂教学能力作为教师教学的核心能力,直接影响着课堂教学的效果以及学生个人能力的发展,教师课堂教学能力的研究对汉语国际教育研究以及国际汉语教师培训都有着十分重要的理论与实践意义。笔者利用SAS统计软件,对108名国际汉语志愿者教师的课堂教学案例的专家评分进行统计分析,同时通过对评分专家的访谈,研究现阶段国际汉语教师在课堂教学能力上存在的问题,并针对性地提出国际汉语教师课堂教学能力的培训策略。The teaching ability is the teachers teaching core competencies,for it has impact on the effect of classroom teaching directly as well as the development of the ability of the individual student.It also has a very important theoretical significance for teaching ability of the Chinese International Education and has a very important practical significance for the Chinese International Teacher job training.According to the statistical analysis which we used SPSS software,for the expert ratings of 108 international volunteer Chinese teachers teaching cases,we study the problems of Chinese international volunteers at this stage in the teaching ability,and targeted international volunteer Chinese teacher's teaching ability training strategy.
