摘　　要：分布式领导兴起于西方教育界,它是在试图突破传统领导研究视野的过程中形成的一种领导思想。分布式领导思想认为,领导并非一个或少数几个占据领导职位者所独享的职能,而是在合作性工作中发生的、分布于整个组织中的集体行为。尽管＂分布式领导＂的概念早在20世纪50年代就已出现,但作为一种思想被真正引入教育管理学界,乃晚近之事。分布式领导之于中国学校领导实践的最大意义,主要体现在＂学校课程领导力研究的焦点＂、＂骨干教师专业发展的侧重点＂、＂学校领导理论价值体现的中介条件＂三个方面。The distributed leadership theory has broken the view of traditional leadership research. According to this theory, leadership isn’t the exceptional function of few leaders, it is a kind of collective activity in cooperative works and is distributed in whole organization. The theory ’s value to the leadership practices in Chinese Schools consists of ＂focus on leadership research in courses＂, ＂focus on important teachers’ professional development＂ and ＂medium condition of value of school leadership theory＂.
