摘 要:【目的】探讨如何做好护理实习生临床带教工作,突出专科带教,以适应新时期护理教育的需要。【方法】将2010年6月-2010年12月在我科实习的护生60人实行传统的带教方式(对照组),将2011年1月-2011年6月在我科实习的护生60人实行心内科"511带教方法"(5个制度,1个会议,1本专科实习手册)(实验组),观察比较两组学生考核成绩、对教学满意度、综合能力。【结果】实验组考核成绩平均为(85.3±3.5)分,对照组为(75.5±3.3)分,实验组优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组学生对"511带教模式"教学满意度为95.00%,而对照组的学生对传统教学方法的满意度为68.33%,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】建立健全护理带教体制,是提高护生综合能力的关键。[Objective] To explore an optimal program of clinical teaching for nursing intern to satisfy the needs of nursing education in new era. [Methods]A total of 60 nursing interns practicing in our department from June to December in 2010 were enrolled on traditional teaching mode (control group), another 60 nursing interns practiced in our department from January to June in 2011 with "511 teaching mode"(test group). Examination scores, degree of satisfaction for teaching and comprehensive capabilities were used as observation index and comparied. [Results]The average scores of the test group was 85.3±3.5 and the control group was 75.5±3.3, and there was statistical significance (P0.01). 95% students in test group were satisfied with "511 teaching mode", but there was only 68.3% students in control group satisfied (P0.05). [Conclusion]Establish and improve the nursing teaching system is the key to improve the ability of nursing students.
