摘　　要：In this paper it’s obtained that more exact inclusive theorem about the maximal eigenvalue of a positive matrix and two calculating methods about the maximal eigenpair of a nonderogatory positive matrix. Then a new calculation method about all eigenvalues of an oscillatory matrix is given by applying above inclusive theorem.In this paper it's obtained that more exact inclusive theorem about the maximal eigenvalue of a positive matrix and two calculating methods about the maximal eigenpair of a nonderogatory positive matrix.
