摘　　要：结合高职高专人才培养水平评估工作,对高职院校建设和改革中的转变教育观念、明确办学方向、培养目标定位、师资队伍建设等问题进行了探讨。Combining with evaluation of student training level for vocational and technical college, this paper discusses education idea change, college development direction, training aim and teacher training and bring up during college development and reform.
