摘　　要：学生公寓是大学生生活和学习的重要场所,是对学生日常行为管理和思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。它对培养学生良好的生活习惯,建立和谐的人际关系,预防学生伤害事故的发生等方面的作用越来越大。辅导员进驻学生公寓,既贴近了学生,增加了交流的机会,增进了师生感情,又能进一步加强日常管理,解决学生中存在的问题和矛盾,维护校园的稳定。Abstract Student apartment is an important place for college students＇ living and learning, an important position in student behavior management and the ideological and political education work. It becomes a more and more important role on cultivating the students＇ good habits, establishing harmonious interpersonal relationships, prevention of student injury accidents and so on. Counselors stationed in student apartments, both close to the stu- dents, to increase the opportunities for exchanges, enhance feelings of teachers and students, but also to further strengthen the day-to-day management, to solve the problems and contradictions in the students, maintaining the stability of the campus.
