摘 要:目的通过个案研究探讨脑白质听障儿童植入人工耳蜗后的全面康复教育手段及其听觉言语发展情况。方法运用观察法和测试法,对不同阶段个别化教育方式及个案的发展情况进行分析。结果经过2年的个别化教育康复,个案的学习能力、听觉能力和语言水平均有所提高.但言语清晰度进步较慢。结论个别化教育可以为脑白质听障儿童植入人工耳蜗后的康复教育提供一系列特殊支持服务,有助于其全面康复发展。Objective To study the auditory and speech development of hearing-impaired children with white matter brain disease after cochlear implantation and to find out a effective education program to facilitate the total rehabilitation of these children. Methods By using observation and assessment methods, the ways of individualized education and the performance of the child were analyzed at different stages. Results After 2 years of total rehabilitation, the child made great progress in auditory, speech and learning abilities, but showed slow improvement in pronunciation. Conclusion The individualized education can provide a series of special services and support for hearing-impaired children with white matter disease after cochlear implantation, which are helpful for their all-round development.
