摘  要:工资已越来越成为企业之间竞争的重要手段。当前 ,我国国有企业的工资较其它所有制企业的工资较低 ,不利于对人才的吸引 ,因此要通过借鉴国际上发达国家成功的管理经验 ,提高效益 ,降低消耗 ,建立人才开发基金等办法 ,逐步提高工资待遇 。The salary becomes more and more important means of Competition among enterprises. At present,the salary of state-owned enterprises of our country is comparatively law than the other ownership enterprises. It is disadvantageous for attracting personnels . Therefore,we have to draw the successful management experience as reference from international developed countries, raiase benefits, reduce prodaction costs, establish developing funds for personnels and so on ,gradually raise pay of salary. By so doing,to increase the competitive force for attracting personnels.
