摘　　要：教育信息化已经呈现从数字革命到教学方式的转变趋向,信息通讯新技术的发展与教学方式的转变必将成为学校变革的核心,本文围绕基于信息技术的学习认知和环境的可变性研究这一核心问题,强调研究基础教育教学方式转变的重要性和必然性,为趋向一种新的教学文化探寻可行的研究路径。Educational Informationization has been rendered the trends from the digital revolution to the changing of teaching meth- od, and the development of new information and communication technologies and transformation of teaching methods will become the core of school reform. This paper is around this core issue of learning cognitive and environmental variability studies based on informa- tion technology, and stress on the importance and necessity of transformation of teaching method elementary education, explore possible research paths towards a new culture of teaching.
