摘　　要：介绍真空烧结炉的微机集散控制系统 ,叙述了系统的硬件与软件组成 ,并对炉温的模糊控制算法作了详细的介绍 ,运行结果表明所设计的系统运行可靠 ,操作方便 ,系统采用的控制算法合理有效。This paper introduced the distributed control system on microprocesor of vaccum sintering furnance,discussed the formation of its hardware and software,and made an introduction for the fuzzy control algorithm on furnance temperature in detail, this system has obtained that the system design is reliable operation convenient and system's control algorithm reasonable.
