关于河北省民营医药物流企业文化建设的几点思考

摘　　要：河北省民营医药物流企业文化建设主要处于三种状态:探索型、初成型、成长型,缺乏成熟型状态。存在的主要问题为企业精神文化形式大于内涵、企业物质文化条件受限、企业制度文化分工不明确、企业行为文化不规范。围绕着企业精神、物质、制度、行为文化四个方面,构建了"服务核心、效率先行、质量为本、人本载体"的范式。The cultural construction of the private medical logistics enterprises in Hebei is mainly in the following three states, namely ex ploring, taking form and growing, and only few were mature in this regard. The main existing problems include heavier emphasis on form, rather than content, in building enterprise spiritual cultural, limited material and cultural conditions of the enterprises, unclear division of labor of the enterprise institutions concerning corporate culture and noncompliance with cultural standards in practice. In this paper, surrounding the as pects of spirit, material, institution and behavior, we formulated the paradigm which was centered on service, led by efficiency, based on quality and carried by people.
