摘　　要：考试是学校全面检查教与学效果的重要手段,其中全国性的等级考试更能反映不同地区和学校的教学质量和教学效果,是教务管理中必不可少的环节。考试管理在高等教育院校作为一线的工作,是日常工作运行中的重中之重。因此,如何做到考试工作的规范化和科学化,高校考试管理工作者加强自身的专业素养是非常有必要的。Exam is an important way for comprehensive inspection and learning effect, national level examinations can bet- ter reflect the different regions and schools teaching quality and teaching effect, is an essential link in the educational admin- istration. Examination work as a first-line management in higher education institutions, is the most important in the day-to- day work of running. Therefore, how to do the exam standardized and scientific work, the college exam management workers to enhance their professionalism is very necessary.
