摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术和移动通信技术的迅速发展,以及移动终端设备的快速普及,移动学习的研究和应用迅速兴起.移动学习模式应用于高校教师培训中,参训教师利用手持式设备在任何时间任何地点开展学习成为可能,且有利于知识的学以致用,解决了教师工作任务重、时间紧的难题,培训效率显著提高.With the rapid development and integration of computer network technology and mobile communications technol- ogy, and the rapid spread of mobile terminal, research and application of the mobile learning developed rapidly. Mobile learn- ing model is applied to the college teachers＇ training. It becomes possible for the teachers to learn anytime, anywhere with the handheld device. It solved the problem of heavy tasks and lack of time. The efficiency of teachers＇ training was significantly increased.
