摘　　要：沙枣果实具有丰富的营养价值,富含人体所需的多种营养物质。就国内对沙枣果实的研究进行综述,包括沙枣果中基本营养物质的测定,主要功能成分多糖、黄酮、鞣质等的提取分离,以及以沙枣为原料的食品研究,并对其研究前景进行了初步展望,为沙枣果今后的研究和开发利用提取参考。Elaeagnus angustifolia L. fruit has rich nutritional value of human body needs. This paper elaborates the determination of essential nutrition, the extraction and separation methods of main functional components polysaccharide, fiavonoids and tannin, the review of related food, and the prospect of processing in Elaeagnus angustifolia, which provides some references for the future researches and development or utilization.
