摘  要:以150日龄的獭兔为对象,以灰化法制备待测样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对獭兔肉中15种矿物元素进行测定。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.001~0.060μg/mL,回收率为84.92%~101.80%,相对标准偏差为1.48%~5.59%,该方法灵敏度和准确度高,可满足定量分析的要求。獭兔背最长肌中,K含量最高,达3 915.31μg/g,而P,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe和Zn含量次之,分别为2 997.33,548.15,301.84,273.90,20.29和17.10μg/g,其他微量元素含量较低。股二头肌中,K含量最高,达4 043.53μg/g,而P,Na,Mg,Ca,Fe和Zn含量次之,分别为3 046.17,591.94,289.19,287.84,19.42与16.21μg/g,其他微量元素含量较低。Cu和Na元素含量在背最长肌与股二头肌间存在显著差异(p<0.05)。Mineral element content is investigated in Rex rabbit meat. Samples are prepared with ashing method, the fifteen mineral elements in longissimus dorsi muscle and biceps femoris muscle of Rex rabbit are determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) . Result shows that the limit of detection is 0.001-0.060 μg/mL, the recoveries are 84.92%- 101.80% and the relative standard deviation are 1.48%-5.59% for fifteen mineral elements. In longissimus dorsi muscle of Rex rabbit, potassium is the most abundant of the elements determined, with means of 3 915.31 μg/g, followed by phosphorus, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc, with meaus of 2 997.33, 548.15, 301.84, 273.90, 20.29 and 17.10μg/g, respectively. The content of the other trace elements are low. In biceps femoris muscle of Rex rabbit, potassium is the most abundant of the elements determined, with means of 4 043.53 μg/g, followed by phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc, with means of 3 046.17, 591.94, 289.19, 287.84, 19.42 and 16.21 μg/g, respectively. The content of copper and sodium are significantly different between longissimus dorsi muscle and biceps femoris muscle of Rex rabbit (p 〈0.05)
