摘　　要：新时代的组织要求导师—门徒关系从稳定的一对一关系转向动态的网络化关系。本文基于文献回顾,从导师网络的概念入手,阐述了导师网络的测量方法,着重分析了影响导师网络形成的前因变量、中介变量和调节变量,归纳了导师网络对门徒以及对组织和导师本身的影响,并指出了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。In the modern age, organizations require the transformation of the mentoring relation- ship from the stable one-to-one relationship to the dynamic network-based relationship. Based on lite- rature review, this paper introduces the concept of mentor networks, elaborates the measurement methods of mentor networks, analyzes emphatically the antecedent variables, mediators and modera- tors affecting the formation of mentor networks, and summarizes the effects of mentor networks on disciples as well as organizations and mentors.
