摘 要:分析了野菊花、野菊花乙醚提取物及60%乙醇提取物的浸出物、干燥失重与灰分等三项指标,并对其中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜等主要有害元素,以及有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留等进行了测定。实验结果表明,野菊花乙醚提取物的干燥失重、总灰分、水不溶灰分和酸不溶灰分等均较60%乙醇提取物要低,而硫酸盐灰分较高;野菊花乙醚提取物及60%乙醇提取物中有害元素或农药残留指标均符合药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准(WM/T2-2004);实验为两种提取物用作为食品抗氧化剂提供了安全支撑。In the present manuscript,extractives,ashes and dryness loss of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,and its etheric extracts and 60% ethanolic extracts were analyzed using normal methods and the test descriptions issued in Pharmacopoeia; meanwhile,nocuous elements,organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in this three samples were determined by FAAS,AFS,GFAAS and GC.The concentrations of dryness loss,total ash,water-insoluble ash and acid-insoluble ash in etheric extracts were lower than in 60% ethanolic extracts,the result of sulfated ash was actually opposite; nocuous elements and pesticide residues in etheric extracts and 60% ethanolic extracts were in line with Green standards of medicinal plants and preparations for foreign trade and economy( WM /T2-2004) ; these argued that the two extracts would be safety when used as food additives.
