远程开放教育课程教学团队建设实践及运行效益评价研究——以“人体生理学”课程团队为例

摘　　要：以"人体生理学"课程教学团队建设实践为例,从远程开放教育课程教学团队的内涵和特点出发,探讨团队建设过程中的人力资源设计,包括成员规模、身份构成、组织架构;进而从年龄、学历、职称及工作量等方面分析团队运行三年的特征。在提出团队核心目标和主要任务的基础上,按照准备期、开始期、运行期和整修期四个阶段梳理团队各时期的运行特征及任务实施措施。以定量的方式从教师和学生两个角度对团队运行绩效进行评价,揭示团队在远程开放教育课程实施中的重要作用和显著影响。最后,就团队建设历程当中遇到的问题及困惑,提出了完善建议。The authors set out to explore the human resources design for the course team development in terms of membership scale, age and academic structure, organizational structure, and workload etc. through a 3-year experiment. The whole experiment is roughly divided into 4 phases: preparation period, starting the tasks, implementation process and wrapping up, each with its specific tasks, implementation features and solutions. Quantitative analysis is conducted to evaluate the team performance, which shows that team work has played significant roles in the course. Suggestions are also made to deal with similar troubles and difficulties in future course team practice.
