华夏“酒道”,宜宾大源——从“中国酒都”之城市精神谈起

摘　　要："酒道"者,乃酒的历史文化传承之道、生产酿造之道、酒物纯美之道、营运商贸之道、品饮鉴赏之道、生养长寿之道等之总括。"酒道"是与美醇琼酿白酒相关的"天道""、地道""、人道"和"物道"的和谐统一",酒道"之真谛乃"和谐之道"。这与宜宾的城市精神——"诚信、包容、智慧、创新"和然契合,正所谓"酒道"大源壮宜宾,是历史发展的自然选择。The liquor way is the summary of liquor history, liquor manufacture, liquor Purification, business, tasting appreciation, liquor health and human longevity, et al. It is the harmonious unification of heavenly way, humanity, earth way and material way. In fact, the liquor way is harmonious way. This is quite consistent with the 4I city spirit of Yibin city--Integrity, Inclusive, Intelligence, Innovation. From this point of view, the origin of the liquor way is from the Yibin city, it is natural selectivity of the history.
