摘　　要：为了筛选生产多不饱和脂肪酸的真菌,经菌株分离培养,采用苏丹黑B染色法初筛、摇瓶法复筛的方法,从土壤中筛选得到16株具有较好合成油脂能力的菌株,其中,产油量和脂肪酸组成以菌株银2.31和11.3的C18∶2较高,经鉴定均为青霉属。Sixteen trains with good ability of producing oils were screened from soil samples by the methods of isolated culture,preliminary screening with Sudan Black B strain and further screening by shake-flask culture,so as to screen out abundant unsaturated fatty acid-producing fungi.The oil output and fatty acid composition analysis showed that the trains of Yin 2.31 and 11.3 had strong ability of synthesizing C18∶2 fatty acids.And the strains were identified to be Penicillium.
