摘　　要：基于网络的信息化教学环境以灵活的适应性和获取知识的丰富性逐步成为信息化教学有效开展的主要支撑,不少院校已开发通用网络教学平台和大量的教学应用软件,并且拥有丰富的教学资源库。如此优越的信息化教学环境在实际应用过程中却普遍存在着结构不良、利用率低、保障机制不健全等一系列问题。这些问题严重影响了信息化教学的整体效果,并成为当前教育信息化深层次推进和发展的瓶颈之一。Web based teaching environment with flexible adaptability and obtain knowledge rich gradually become informatization teaching effectively to carry out the main support many colleges have developed general network teaching platform and a large number of teaching software application and has rich teaching resources library.Such excellent teaching environment in the process of actual application is widespread dysplasia utilization rate is low security mechanism is not perfect wait for a series of problems.These problems have affected the informationization teaching effect and become the current educational informatization promoted deeply and the bottleneck in the development of.
